Celebra, which means to celebrate in Spanish, will be the first celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month for the City of Grapevine. The festival will honor the contributions of Latinos, highlight local talent, and present a platform for sharing and learning. The event will feature local popular entertainment such as Mariachi Pura Sangre, Sofía Peña, and Fusión Latina.

 

The program also includes local talent from Grapevine, as well as Academia Folklórico Música y Danza, who will be engaging all generations with a flash mob experience. Country selfie stations will be judged by a distinguished panel and the best artistic representation will receive a trophy. The first Hispanic Heritage Lifetime Achievement Award will also be announced during this family friendly community event.
